Will bulk ordering be available for departments?

No, The Shop At Keck Medicine of USC cannot bulk ordering through costs centers. There are no invoicing or cost center charges on this website.

Where can I find my work location’s logo.

At the top right of the webpage, click on SHOP BY FACILITY. There a dropdown of different work locations will appear, select one and shop there. All the work locations have the same items.

Do I have to create an account to order?

No, but it is highly recommended to keep tracks of order, save information for future orders and add gift codes to your account.

What if I’m not seeing what I’m looking for on the company store?

You can send us suggestions for items you'd like to see in the Contact Us section.

What if the item I purchased is out of stock?

If your selection is out of stock or discontinued, we will cancel the order and will refund you. We will reach out via email to alert you of which item(s) are not available. We will also refund any related tax and shipping.

 How long will my order take? 

Typically, orders take 2-3 weeks to be produced and delivered. Rush options are available. If you need a rush, we recommend that you Contact Us to confirm the timeline and any additional cost. 

Do employees get an additional discount?

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Your company store is priced for employee use, there are no additional discounts.

Can I expense my items?

These items on the store do not fall under any expense category. Purchasing an item can not be expensed.

How do I use my store credit?

Store credits can be applied at the final payment page of an order by entering the store credit code and clicking “apply.” The store credit amount can cover product, shipping or tax. Your credit will not expire, and any remaining balance can be used for a future purchase. If your code does not cover the full cost of your order, you will need to enter credit card information to pay for the remaining amount due. You can apply multiple codes to an order.

Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?

To get your items to you ASAP, we sometimes need to ship different items from different locations like our multiple distribution centers .

 Do you ship internationally?

All items can ship to US and Canada but only a select few can ship internationally. Please reach out to the CONTACT US section to ask for specific items that can be shipped internationally.
